Dr Chan is a seasoned entrepreneur and has more than 20 years of corporate management and entrepreneurship experience.
His areas of expertise include shipping and logistic, manufacturing, trading and plantation. He is also a Lecturer with a renowned international University’s campus based in Malaysia. His academic excellence and regional corporate experience which ranges from Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Dubai and Indonesia adds value to the Corporate team of Grandhill Corporate Services Sdn Bhd.

ADVISOR
K Gengadaran Kurup
Mr Gengadaran has a LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of Wolverhampton and completed his Certificate in Legal Practice thereafter.
He also obtained his professional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Mr Gengadaran is an advocate and solicitor admitted in the High Court of Malaya and has an established practice for over 20 years. He practices in the area of corporate litigation, conveyancing and specialises in contract and corporate matters.
He has represented many companies seeking legal remedies and has been a legal advisor for corporate individuals and businesses. He was also a Company Secretary for over 40 years. With the combined knowledge and experience from a wide spectrum, Mr Gengadaran also sits among the diverse panel of Adjudicators in the Asian International Arbitration Center (AIAC) and has been actively involved in adjudicating Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) matters under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 brought before him.
COMPANY SECRETARY
Esther Choy
Ms Esther is a Licensed Company Secretary with the Companies Commission of Malaysia with more than 15 years of experience.
She was attached with an International Accounting Firm for close to 15 years whereby she gained valuable experience in the service industry.
She was involved in the Compliance department especially the Company Secretarial division.

Khoo Sheh Li
Ms Khoo has a BA (Hons) Accountancy & Finance with more than 10 years of experience in this field with multiple corporations.
She has more than 10 years of experience in financial accounting, tax, payroll and business back end services. She was attached with multiple corporates handling Financial Accounting and Statutory Compliances work whereby she gained valuable experience to have an oversight of the Support Supply Chain of every business entity.
She is also a Xero Cloud Accounting Certified Trainer. Our Global Business Outsource Division is focused on leveraging the experience and diverse capabilities of our team to serve clients nationally and globally.
MANAGER - LEGAL SUPPORT
Letchumi Prya
Ms Prya has a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of London and also completed her professional papers in ACCA UK.
Her experience revolves in Legal Advisory to clientele which may or may not require court decision. Prya has hands on experience in handling adjudicating matters relating to Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 with the Asian International Arbitration Centre.
She has an upper hand in interpreting the law with her finance and accounting background, thus her advice would be more comprehensive and covers a more different perspective. She works closely with our Panel Team of Litigation and Conveyancing Lawyers to help our clients resolve their legal matters efficiently and effectively.
